At our Shepherd’s Bush gym, members have access to a cardio theatre, spin studio, freestyle floor, sauna, members’ lounge, free wifi, aromatherapy treatment, sunbed, beauty rooms and free towels on arrival.

Our gym in Shepherd’s Bush also offers a huge range of group exercise classes. Free fitness classes are available to members on a weekly basis and include HIIT training, BodyPump, BodyAttack, spin, pilates, circuits, yoga, Thai boxing and step. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and reaching their fitness goals.
