Situated in London’s Liverpool Street station, Fitness First Liverpool Street is the ideal place to both exercise and socialise in east London. Located in the centre of The City, our Liverpool Street members have access to facilities including a cardio theatre, freestyle floor, free weights, sauna, iPad bar, free wifi and towels on arrivals.

Fitness First Liverpool Street also offers a wide range of group exercise classes. Free fitness classes available on a daily basis include circuits, boxercise, HIIT, pilates, yoga, Body Attack, Body Pump and dance. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and health targets.
