Welcome to Fitness First London Broadgate

Fitness First Broadgate, situated in the heart of London’s City, offers members a fantastic space in which they can both work out and relax. Situated only a five-minute walk from Liverpool Street station, our Broadgate gym offers members access to cutting edge fitness facilities such as a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna and gym floor. Clean towels are also available on arrival.

If you’re interested in group exercise classes, Fitness First Broadgate has a vast weekly timetable of classes available, which includes spin, circuit, SHRED, tone, Zumba, Pilates, yoga and Body Combat, to highlight just a few. For those who need help defining their health and fitness goals, personal training sessions are available too.

A little about myself. Strength and conditioning trainer I can probably call myself as I am a strong believer that you should be worked out in all areas and no weak areas are left within your body. I have been training all my life from the age of six, competing in different disciplines and training with different athletes. That is why my teaching approach is more athletic way rather than isolation or pure focus on bodybuilding. I have been working with professional people in the City of London and with pro athletes to help to reach their goals. Aesthetics always has been the main focus for the majority of people but I always try to combine both athletic or functional training and make it work for you to achieve aesthetic goals and at the same time to become more functional and stronger overall. So no matter what your own goal is you will end up healthier, stronger and fitter when training with me. Training is an ongoing process and I will not lie to you that you will achieve everything in 12 weeks or so. It will depend on many factors; on your current fitness levels, on your lifestyle, on your diet. Everything counts so I hope you are ready to start your training journey?

I completed my Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer degree with Focus Fitness in April 2015. Prior to that I was domestically qualified in Toronto, Canada, where I worked with athletes. I specialised in mobility, sports specific training and strength and conditioning upon completing Anatomy and Training program, Strength Training For Runners and The Essentials of Facial Stretch Therapy with Darby Training System and Stretch to Win Canada. As an athlete I reached the pinnacle of my sport by playing professional American Football with the Calgary Stampeders in Canadian Football League. Not everyone that works out wants be a professional athlete, so I have used my experience and studies to devise ways of training that will get clients that athletic look and achieving their health and fitness goals in their allotted time. I look forward to working with you and getting to know you.
