NEW FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT! Our Cottons club has a brand new performance cycle zone along with a new bootcamp zone. We've also extended our mood cardio zone and upgraded our athletics track to help you improve functional strength, acceleration and endurance. Plus we've added a selection of new freestyle equipment to ensure you get the most out of your workout. 

We've also introduced a range of new classes including ROX our HIIT boxing fusion workout.

Those who commit to me will improve more intensively and will achieve quicker results with my over-arching ethos of sustainability in mind, you will prevail.

I’m a very passionate individual who likes to help people improve their well-being and mental capacity. My goal as a personal trainer is to train your body to a place it does compromise your mental capacity. I motivate my clients by setting targets and goals by using the scale to measure weight, bodyfat and muscle mass, setting 3 weeks check ins, and before and after pictures. I specialise in boxing, body toning, weight training, body composition, sport athletic training, and strength & conditioning.

I have always been passionate about fitness, and I currently train in a Martial Art called Brasilian Jiu Jitsu several times a week. I also compete on almost a monthly basis. I like to add this style of training to the way I train my clients, whether it be weight loss, muscle building, or sports performance, its nice to mix it up. Your training and diet shouldn't dictate how you lead your life but rather become part of it. Together we can create a plan that is sustainable long term whilst getting you closer to your goals; because consistency is the key to change.

As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu British Open Champion and Coach, I know how hard it might be to achieve that big dream, also how it feels fighting off habits. Fear not, they all can be conquered! I’m around the gym a lot don’t hesitate to find me; I’m here to help.
