For blasting away fat and sculpting core muscle groups, try our specially designed swimming intervals workout plan. This full-body workout puts your muscles to the test and lasts for 45-60 minutes.

There are eight exercises in the workout, which vary in intensity. Maintaining the correct form for each stroke is vital, as it will not only help you get the best results from the workout, but will improve your swimming technique, too.
