At DW Fitness First, our Aqua HIIT classes consist of a water-based, high-intensity, interval training workout designed to burn fat and strengthen your muscles. With a combination of bursts of intense exercise and varying rest periods, this class is a fun way to train your whole body.
Your muscles will be put to work by the natural resistance of the water, while intense cardio exercises will improve your heart and lung function. It may be a tough workout, however, the benefit of a HIIT class in the pool is that the workout is easier on your joints, as there are no heavy footfalls.
