A traditional style of training, with high impact aerobic movements, choreography
and exercises, based around a step.
SHRED is the bespoke compound lifting and HIIT based class where calorie burn,
performance, strength and conditioning are the result, by focusing on exercise
disciplines including Speed, High-intensity, Resistance, Endurance, Dynamics.
WEDNESDAY FUSION PILATES
Build a strong, controlled core, enabling stronger functional
lifts using purely your own body weight and various small pieces of equipment.
This class will help to improve posture, strength and flexibility with a focus on
stretching and strengthening the whole body.
THURSDAY RECHARGE RUSH
Yoga, Pilates, Mobility and Meditation workout that builds flexibility and strength;
leaves you feeling centred and calm.
Work at high intensity and pace with equal bursts of 30 second work and rest intervals,
using Dynamic Movement Training techniques in all 3 dimensions.
FRIDAY HIIT GLUTE GAINS
