Sometimes exercise can seem like a solitary hobby. Long runs, intense strength training workouts and mammoth gym sessions are often completed alone, and the image of the solo fitness fanatic is one that persists when people imagine those at the top of their game. However, group exercise is actually one of the best ways to improve your overall fitness and reach your exercise goals.

It will be your class leader’s job to ensure that everyone in the class is executing each exercise correctly with good form.

With group exercise classes, you don’t have to worry about planning your session, choosing the right exercises to do or finding the right kind of equipment. Everything you need will be provided for you, and each class will be structured with a warm-up and cool-down.

With the instructor coaching you through each section of the plan, you’re guaranteed a great workout.
