Online dance-inspired workout series with Danielle Peazer and Reebok

January 24 2019

Here at DW Fitness First, we’ve teamed up with Reebok and MTV to celebrate and promote women’s fitness. We’re kicking off with a series of brand new dance-inspired workout videos, staring professional dancer and Reebok ambassador Danielle Peazer.

Danielle’s credentials speak for themselves, as she trained at the prestigious English National Ballet School before dancing professionally across the globe for the likes of Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry and Kylie Minogue.

With over 2.5 million followers on Twitter, over 1 million followers on Instagram and 250,000 Youtube subscribers, Danielle’s influence is global. This allows her to share her professional dance and fitness knowledge, as well as motivate her wide-spread audience.

These video workouts incorporate the ‘Danielle Peazer Method’, which tones the body through a number of specially designed workouts in the same way as a professional dancer. The fun, confidence-boosting classes enable women to include fitness as part of their busy day-to-day life, all within 10-minutes.

There has been a recent surge in the popularity of online workouts, which partly comes down to some women being unsure how to get started in the gym. To combat this, the dance-inspired workout series will be available for free via DW Fitness First, Reebok and MTV channels, including our DW Fitness First CORE app.

New videos will be released each month, each with Danielle walking you through each workout so you can improve your fitness and build your confidence in the privacy of your own home.

Make sure to check Inside Track, our Youtube channel or our Reebok FitHub page to find out more and to watch new dance-inspired videos each month.
