National Fitness Day sees the nation celebrate the fun and thrills of physical activity. Throughout the UK, more than 20,000 free events will take place in gyms, leisure centres, parks, high streets, schools, universities and workplaces as over five million people lace up their trainers and embrace being active for the day.

At all DW gym members and non-members alike will be able to take part in a range of different events for free. For a full UK map of all National Fitness Day events in your local area visit  www.nationalfitnessday.com/.

This year’s National Fitness Day will be the most wide-ranging ever. Alongside the myriad of activities being provided in fitness facilities across the UK, partners AXA PPP healthcare will be taking National Fitness Day into workplaces with their ‘Flying Start’ campaign.
