The Hylton sisters only started running competitively five years ago, and now they both have their sights set on the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Shannon and Cherice compete in 100, 200 and 400-meter sprints, and having already represented Great Britain in the World Championships and the Commonwealth Games, they’re now pushing each other to new heights to get ready to race in the Olympics.
Whether they were dancing, playing netball or running, the Hylton sisters were always encouraged by their parents to compete, believing it would only make them better.
To achieve their competitive edge, they have been supported by their parents, their coaches and each other. They understand the importance of surrounding yourself with inspiring and encouraging people.
We caught up with the pair to find out more about their training regime, how they inspire each other on their journey and get their thoughts on the new Under Armour womenswear range.
