Team GB gymnast Max Whitlock won three medals at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and made his major championship debut at the following year’s World Championship, travelling as a reserve. At the 2012 Olympics in London Whitlock won bronze in the men’s pommel horse and as part of the men’s team category. At the 2015 World Championships he became the first-ever Brit to win gold with victory in the pommel horse while he also won floor and team silver.
Amidst his training for this summer's Olympic Games in Rio, Max has set you a challenge. The Team GB gymnast and king of the one-armed handstand (watch the video below for proof) wants you to show him your most impressive floor hold. Simple, right? If you want to take part in Max's challenge, simply share your video with Max (@maxwhitlock1) using the the hashtag #WinTogether. If you do step up to the challenge, you could win a year's membership to a Fitness First gym plus a bag load of adidas goodies!
