Team GB diver Tonia Couch challenges you!

April 06 2022 6 min read

Team GB diver Tonia Couch finished 25th at both the 2005 and 2007 World Championships, but broke through as an international contender on her Olympic debut in 2008 where she finished eighth in the 10m Platform in Beijing. Born in Plymouth, she joined forces with Sarah Barrow for London 2012 where they placed fifth in front of the home crowd. Very shortly after, they were crowned European 10m synchro champions. They took silver together at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, while Tonia finished on the medal rostrum in both the individual and synchro events in the 2015 World Series.

Amidst her training for this summer's Olympic Games in Rio, Tonia has set you a challenge. The Team GB diver wants you to show her your most impressive TRX exercise. Simple, right? If you want to take part in Tonia's challenge, simply share your video with her (@toniacouch) using the hashtag #WinTogether. If you do step up to the challenge, you could win a 12-month membership to a Fitness First gym along with some awesome adidas prizes!
