Team GB cyclist Philip Hindes made his debut for Great Britain at the 2011 Track World Cup event in Beijing. At the 2012 Olympics in London, Philip won gold in the team sprint, with partners Chris Hoy and Jason Kenny. He was awarded an MBE for services to cycling in the 2013 New Year Honours and went on to win team sprint silver at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Amidst his training for this summer's Olympic Games in Rio, Philip has set you a challenge. The Team GB cyclist wants you to show him your most impressive squat variation (with the bar, a kettlebell, a sandbag, whatever you like!). Simple, right? If you want to take part in Philip's challenge, simply share your video with him (@Philip_hindes) using the hashtag #WinTogether. If you do step up to the challenge, you could win a year's membership to a Fitness First gym plus some great adidas prizes!
