Forward Fold Spine Rolls Repeat x3
Mountain Pose Hold Pose for 10 seconds.
Knee Pedals Repeat x 10
Down Dog Hold Pose for 10 seconds.
Kneeling Lunge Twist Hold Pose for 10 seconds on each side.
Childs Pose Hold Pose for 10 seconds.
