Stairs / Step Ups Either 10 ascents / descents depending on your stairs or 30 seconds of step ups
Walking Lunge Aim to lunge forward for 20 steps and backwards for 20 steps
Diagonal Shuttles 10 shuttles working progressively forward
Continual Broad Jump 20 reps
Fast Feet Distance of 20 meters would be great!
T Drill 10 nice big "T"'s
