A core workout today based around our FGT (Functional Group Training) classes. Tom Hickey, health and fitness manager at DWFF Basingstoke shows you how to build a strong core using your bodyweight.

Work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds, meaning you'll be working pretty hard for 6 minutes.
If you're feeling super fit, have a sip of water and get straight on with 2 more rounds!

The rest of us should take a minute or so rest before we attempt 2 more rounds.
Keep your middle tight and work on your movement standards.

Scissor Raise 45 seconds on / 15 seconds to transition
Object Hold Stability 45 seconds on / 15 seconds to transition
Lateral Leg Raise 45 seconds on / 15 seconds to transition
Knee Tuck 45 seconds on / 15 seconds to transition
Full Plank Knee Tap 45 seconds on / 15 seconds to transition
T Plank Opener 45 seconds on / 15 seconds rest
