Multi plane movement is not simething we practice everyday. This will help protect from injuries and be a lot of fun!


Try to get each other going continuously for 3 minutes, 30 seconds on each exercise with no rest in between!
Once completed give yourself as much rest as you need to put some really dynamic movement into your next set.
4 sets to complete in total!
EXERCISE REPS
V Drill 30 seconds
Lateral Jumps 30 seconds
Hopscotch 30 seconds
Multi Plane Hop 30 seconds
90 degree Jump Squat 30 seconds
Plank Arm Circles 30 seconds
