WORKOUT WITH KIDS

We’re supporting all our DWFF families to stay active together. Bust the boredom and keep the kids moving with our special series of workouts.

Some are for you to do using your children as weights or helpers. In our experience, they find this really fun – and it’s harder than it sounds, especially if they wriggle a bit!

And some are game-based fun family sessions for you all to do together. Enjoy your workouts and don’t forget to tag us in your pictures or videos @dwfitnessfirst
