Whether you’re an experienced weightlifter or you’re new to the gym, test your strength with our weightlifting challenge in partnership with British Weight Lifting.
THE CHALLENGE - 3 rep max for 3 exercises
Complete a 3 rep max for each exercise - Power Clean, Front Squat, Strict Press - and then record your score for each one. Add these up to get the total weight lifted. For your chance to win some great prizes from USN and British Weight Lifting, submit your score using the form below by 26th August 2018. Speak to a member of the team in club for more information on each exercise.
