Facilities at DW Fitness Widnes
At DW Fitness First, we understand that no two gym members are the same, which is why we provide as many ways to work out as possible. Our Widnes gym features a heavily stocked weights area, alongside top of the range Technogym cardio equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers and more.
If you have specific fitness goals in mind, head over to our range of resistance machines for a targeted workout. Or, if you’re looking for something a little more specialist, our functional fitness area is filled with equipment you won’t find at your average gym — from TRX trainers and sleds to plyo boxes and ViPR tubes.

Our dedicated team of personal trainers are always close by to lend their expert knowledge and keep you on top of your game. DW Fitness Widnes is easy to find, as we’re located on Cross street, just by Albert Square Shopping Centre. We’re open 7 days a week, from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 8pm over the weekend.
This means our members can tailor their workouts around their lifestyles. Do you have a couple of hours to kill in the morning? What about on your lunch break? Or maybe you’d prefer to train after work? Whenever you get the urge to hit the gym, we’re ready for you.
Our Widnes gym is really easy to reach as you’ll find us just off the A557, plus our members can enjoy free parking on site. If you’re arriving by public transport, we’re just a short walk from Widnes train station, or there are plenty of bus stops located nearby.
