My fitness journey stemmed from a boxing gym at a very young age. I feel all the years I’ve spent conditioning myself can be transformed into my personal training sessions to help other people whatever their goal might be.
My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning, working towards enhancing the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills and support to assist and inspire them to lead a healthier lifestyle, together transforming your quality of life through regular exercise and personal programming, to make your health goals become a reality, in a safe, caring and fun environment.
I am an energetic personal trainer. Getting my clients into their best physical and mental shape of their lives is everything to me. My passion comes from 12 years competing all over the world as a professional athlete and winning 4 England Athletics Championships.
I have been a fitness instructor with DW Fitness First since 2009, teaching a variety of group fitness sessions. These include weight based sessions, interval training and aerobic exercise. I have since in the last two years become a personal trainer. I can adapt to any clients goal. I have great people skills and have a friendly down to earth personality to ensure a good relationship with each individual.
