I have gone from eating junk food, smoking and drinking regularly, to being a health and fitness junkie and fighting Thai boxing at English title level. I know what it takes to transform your body, your lifestyle and most importantly your mindset. I want to help as many people as possible to improve themselves, as I have through diet and exercise. I love pushing people to a level they never thought achievable, by incorporating my preferred style of training which includes; pad work, circuits and full body exercises. I believe training should be challenging, but fun. My speciality is building lean muscle, weight loss and improving cardio.
I like to provide my clients with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which I find the best way I can train them, to help them reach their individual goal. My personal passion is running marathons and obstacle courses.

I currently have over 10 years experience as a personal trainer at this health club. I try to train my clients the old fashioned way, using weights, circuits and pad work. However, I use all the latest equipment to give my training style a modern twist. (£35.00 an hour)
