Located in the centre of town, Fitness First St Albans is only a five-minute walk from St Albans City train. At Fitness First St Albans members have access to top-of-the-range facilities including a cardio theatre, spin studio, freestyle floor, sauna and beauty rooms.

Our gym in St Albans offers a huge range of group exercise classes too. Free classes are available to members on a weekly basis and include spin, yoga, pilates, circuit, boxercise, core, Zumba and Ballet Fit. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and reaching their fitness goals.
