Located in the heart of the town, Fitness First Solihull offers members fantastic health and fitness facilities. Amenities at our Solihull gym include a cardio theatre, spin studio, saunas (mixed and ladies only), freestyle floor, beauty rooms, hair salon, and members’ lounge. Free off-road parking for members is also available.

Group exercise classes are available every day and include spin, Insanity, yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Swiss ball, pole dancing and core, to name just a few. We also offer ladies only classes and a dedicated ladies only training space. For those who need help defining their health and fitness goals, personal training sessions are available.
