You’ll find a great selection of cafes and restaurants within a short walk of our Preston gym, from casual dining options such as Chiquito and KFC to a variety of cafes and restaurants on nearby Watery Lane.

With free on-site parking for members and guests, convenient access by car from Port Way and a local bus stop with direct service on the 89 right outside, our Preston gym is perfectly located for your workout.

Facilities at DW Fitness Preston

From our extensive collection of cardio and resistance machines to free weights, group exercise and more, our Preston gym has everything you need to get into shape and achieve your goals. In our cardio area, you’ll find an extensive range of modern equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and more. It’s easy to stay on top of your workout, whether you’re tracking your average heart rate, calories burned or distance travelled.

You’ll also find a huge variety of dumbbells, weight plates, barbells, benches, racks and more in our free weights area, letting you train your entire body with ease. We also have a wide range of resistance machines, loaded weights and functional training equipment. Want to get in shape while making friends? We offer a diverse selection of group classes for people of all ages and fitness levels. From BodyPump and BodyCombat to Zumba, yoga, spin and much more, you’re welcome to join a great selection of motivating and inclusive classes.

We’ve fitted our Preston gym with luxurious facilities for you to use after you finish training. Once your workout is over, enjoy a tanning session or help your muscles recover in our luxurious spa pool. You can also go for a swim in our large indoor pool, with aqua aerobics classes, swimming lanes and swimming lessons available for people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities.

Our Preston gym has spacious male and female changing areas with clean, modern showers and secure lockers for your belongings. There’s even a comfortable cafe bar members’ lounge with free, high-speed WiFi for you to relax in once you’ve finished your workout.
