Situated just a five-minute drive from the town centre, Fitness First Poole offers free off-road parking. All of our Poole members have access to incredible health facilities including a cardio theatre, spin studio, freestyle floor, free weights, hot yoga studio, sauna, members’ lounge, crèche, and free WiFi. 

Fitness First Poole also offers a wide range of group exercise classes. Free fitness classes at our Poole gym include hot yoga, Zumba, spin, ballet fit, core, and HIIT, which are all available to members on a weekly basis. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and health targets.

Stacey has been with FF for 5 years and is part of the furniture. You will see her teaching Zumba or taking a cheeky HIIT class on gym floor. Stacey will always greet you with a warm smile.

Eilis came straight from Ireland to be Health and Fitness manager for FF. She prides herself in her work and loves to help people enjoy their workouts with her wicked sense of humour, don't be fooled she will always catch you if you’re slacking.

After completing a degree in sports development he opened a 5500sq ft gym in his hometown Barnstaple, Devon. During which time he completed level 2 and 3 PT course. He sold the business in 2016 and began working in Fitness First Poole. His expertise in fitness gives him the knowledge to help and support you on every step of your fitness journey. He won’t stop until you reach your potential - even better, when you get there he'll show you how to go further.

Sue has worked in a preschool and crèche for many years and she loves to see the children grow and achieve. In her spare time she enjoys going for walks, meeting up with friends and gardening – she loves being out in the fresh air.

With a background in crossfit training Brennan teaches a series of disciplines including Olympic lifting, functional movements and gymnastics. He also teaches boxing technique and training.You are guaranteed to learn as well as get a good workout in with Brennan.

Specialising in weight training for aesthetics, weight loss and body shaping, Hannah not only focuses on exercise with her clients but puts a heavy emphasis on diet/nutrition. Hannah is also pre and post natal qualified.

Stephen specialises in hypertrophy, known for helping people to build strength. He also trains for weight loss and aesthetics. He will make you burn.

Jake runs a massively successful business and has done for the last 10 years. Specialising in weight loss and hypertrophy. Jake has competed in a series of competitions and at one point held the title of Mr.Wales. You are guaranteed to reach your breaking point in any of his sessions. Jake will put emphasis on diet/nutrition and make sure you reach your goals.

With a background in Olympic lifting, sports exercise and strength & conditioning each of Graeme's sessions are diverse and varied. As well as building strength and endurance Graeme will develop your balance and agility along with nutrition.

In addition he is a former competitive natural bodybuilder specialising in resistance training and nutrition plans.
