Starting a fitness journey or changing an existing one can be confusing at times. My goal as a trainer is to make sessions challenging but achievable, enjoyable, motivational and developmental by progressing exercises and knowledge. I aim to pass on my experience(s) as possible to allow you to improve and develop. Whether your aim is to lose fat, gain muscle, get fitter, become stronger or just improve overall health and become happier our sessions will be tailered to your needs. Having been in the fitness industry for over a decade I have a broad range of skills to help you to your goals.
I take a coach and athlete centred approach in my personal training developing programmes for clients that are tailor made to their needs despite their age, gender or ability. My main focus areas are based around HIIT, weight loss, rehabilitation, sports specific training and group exercise instructing offering 30 & 60 minute personal trainer sessions to meet your requirements
