DW Fitness Milton Keynes is the first step to your new fitness journey. With our top-of-the-range equipment and specially tailored workout classes, we give all members the ultimate gym experience.

Located on the Granby Industrial Estate, opposite Stadium MK, our gym in Milton Keynes is open 7 days a week, from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 10pm at the weekends.

Fancy a morning dip in our swimming pool? No problem. What about a lunchtime weights session? Easy. Maybe a late night group training class? Of course! At DW Fitness Milton Keynes, we give you the freedom to plan your workouts around your life.

You can easily reach us via the A5 and there’s free on-site parking for all members. If you’re travelling by public transport, the Granby Industrial Estate bus stop is outside our doors, or we’re just a 20-minute walk from the Fenny Stratford rail station.

Facilities at DW Fitness Milton Keynes

DW Fitness Milton Keynes comes fully equipped to help you smash those targets. If building your strength is what motivates you, our free weight area and resistance machines are the perfect gym partners. Plus, if you feel like pushing yourself further, you can even train like an Olympic weightlifter in our specialist X-Lift area.

It’s not all about the heavy lifting at Milton Keynes. Our cardio equipment is ideal for a 5K on a Saturday morning, or you can head over to the function area for an intense conditioning workout.

We’ve even got your rest days covered. When you’re feeling sore from yesterday’s mammoth gym session, treat yourself to some well-deserved rest and relaxation in our spa pool or a rejuvenating detox in the steam room.
