Looking for a gym in Milton Keynes? Our DW gym is located right next to Milton Keynes Stadium on Stadium Way, so we’re easy to find no matter where you’re coming from.

If you’re coming by car, you’ll be glad to know that it takes less than two minutes to reach us from the A5 and there’s free parking available for members. There’s also easy access by public transport thanks to the nearby Granby Industrial Estate bus stop — just catch the number 1 bus.

We’re a short walk away from a variety of eating options located just around the corner on Stadium Way West.

Facilities at DW Fitness Milton Keynes

We always aim to provide exceptional facilities for our members, and our Milton Keynes gym is no exception. WIth the latest equipment, a spacious workout area and a large swimming pool, our Milton Keynes gym has everything you need for a fantastic workout.  Our cardio area is fully equipped with quality equipment to help you burn calories, tone up and make measurable progress. All our treadmills, cross trainers and other machines make it easy for you to workout and track everything from distance travelled to calories burned.

We also have a spacious and generously equipped free weights area with a wide range of dumbbells, barbells, benches, racks and more. You’ll also find resistance machines, loaded weights and functional training equipment, letting you easily train all your muscle groups. Our Milton Keynes gym even has an Olympic lifting platform, letting you practise your compound movements in a safe, spacious training environment.

If you prefer to train in a group, you’ll love our selection of group exercise classes. Held in one of our two luxurious group training studios, our group classes range from Zumba to BodyPump and provide a fun, friendly and inclusive environment in which you can achieve your goals.

Ready to relax? After you finish working out, you’re free to use our luxurious facilities, including our steam rooms, sunbeds and spa pool. Our Milton Keynes gym even has a pool with swimming lanes, aqua aerobics and swimming lessons for people of all ability levels. Our spacious and clean male and female changing and showering areas make freshening up after your workout a breeze. We even have secure lockers, a cafe bar members’ lounge and a fast, free WiFi connection for you to use while you’re at the gym.
