For a full-body workout unlike any other, our pool gives you the chance to swim lengths to your heart’s content. Want to really work up a sweat? Our spin studio is fully stocked for you to slay calories.

Keeping up with a regular routine means winding down after every session is essential. Our sauna and spa pool allow you to kick back, let off some steam and rest your muscles ready for your next workout, reducing the risk of injury.

Welcome to DW Fitness Mansfield

Make sure your workouts are the best they can be with DW Fitness Mansfield. Jam-packed with state-of-the-art gym equipment, fitness experts fully trained to push you towards your goals and a huge range of exciting classes, there’s no better place to train.

Perfectly located inside Portland Retail Park, our Mansfield gym is open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 8pm every weekend.

This means you’re free to train whenever works best for you, whether that means an early morning swim session, a midday cardio calorie blast or a spin class before sundown. Whenever you’re ready, we’re ready. 

We’re only a ten-minute walk from Mansfield train station, giving you the chance to stretch your legs before and after your workout. Travelling by car? Members can enjoy free parking, meaning it’s easier than ever to fit a session into your daily routine.

Classes at DW Fitness Mansfield

Exercising with other DW Fitness First members is a great way to increase motivation, pick up some training tips and enhance your workout. Our group exercise classes allow you to do all of this, led by a fully-trained fitness instructor who will guide your group to better training techniques.

Classes run throughout the day and are accessible to members of any fitness level. Prepare for the day with an early morning FGT HIIT workout, SHRED some calories ready for lunch or hop on a bike for a spin class at sundown. Whenever the urge to train hits, there’ll be a class waiting for you.
