Facilities at DW Fitness Macclesfield

Our Macclesfield gym has an array of up-to-date fitness equipment, free weights and machines, as well as luxurious facilities including a steam room, spa pool and large swimming pool. In our cardio area, you’ll find a wide range of modern equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, cross trainers and more. It’s easy for you to plan your exercises and track your progress with our cardio equipment.

We also have a spacious free weights area with dumbbells, barbells and weight plates in a wide range of sizes. Our loaded weights and resistance machines make it easy for you to isolate and train specific muscle groups, while our functional area is perfect for building functional strength.

Feel like working up a sweat? Our spin studio offers a variety of exciting and effective classes for people of all skill levels, while our spacious group exercise studio gives you the chance to take part in BodyPump, Zumba, circuit training and other motivating and fun group classes.

Once you’ve finished training, you can shower and refresh in our spacious male and female changing and showering areas, relax and detox in our luxurious steam room or let your body recover with a soak in the spa pool. Our Macclesfield gym even has an indoor swimming pool with aqua aerobics, swimming lanes and expert swimming lessons for people of all ages, skill and experience levels.  With luxurious facilities, modern equipment and convenient extras like free WiFi and a cafe bar members’ lounge, DW Fitness Macclesfield is designed from the ground up to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Isaac has been in the fitness industry for 9 years, he began training intensely when he was just 16 years old, with a background in running and boxing, as well as strength and conditioning. He proudly transformed his own body and is now passionate about helping others do the same. With the belief that good solid results take hard work and dedication, Isaac believes that anybody can transform their own body, no matter what their circumstances are. He wants to help you achieve success by clear short and long time goals and providing you with all the tools and support you will need. He has a keen interest in exercise rehabilitation and has helped many of his clients improve functionality through exercises. Specialist areas: weight management, increasing strength, power and speed, pre competition training and nutrition.
