Our London gym is located inside the luxurious Waldorf Hilton Hotel, right between the Aldwych Theatre and Novello Theatre on the A4. With an unbeatable location a short distance from Covent Garden tube station, our London gym is right in the heart of the city. From our gym it’s just a short walk to a huge variety of cafes, eateries and restaurants, museums and entertainment options. We’re a short walk away from the LSE, Waterloo Bridge and other London landmarks, making our London Waldorf gym extremely easy to find.

Facilities at our London Waldorf gym

Our London Waldorf gym currently offers premium-quality facilities, state-of-the-art fitness equipment and everything you need to get into shape and achieve your personal fitness goals including an X-lift area, Athletic Group Training zone, a Freestyle area and HIIT training equipment.

In our cardio area you’ll find a selection of the latest treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and other modern equipment. Our cardio machines make it easy for you to stay on top of your progress, from calories burned and distance traveled to your average heart rate.

We also have a great free weights area with barbells, dumbbells, weight plates, benches, racks and other equipment to help you train your entire body. Our London Waldorf gym also features a large number of resistance machines and high-quality functional training equipment. With spin and group exercise studios, our gym is the perfect place for you to enjoy a fun, friendly and motivating group workout while meeting new people. Our class list includes favourites such as Zumba, BodyPump, BodyCombat, circuit training and much more.

After your workout, you can use our sauna and steam room to enjoy a large range of health benefits including improved blood circulation, a strengthened immune system and easier post-workout recovery.  We even have an indoor swimming pool and spa pool, with lessons and aqua aerobics classes for members.

With modern, spacious male and female changing and showering areas, it’s easy for you to get cleaned up and refreshed after your workout. We even have a cafe bar lounge for our members and free, fast WiFi throughout the entire gym to ensure you can always stay connected.
