All our Tottenham Court Road members are provided with the latest gym equipment and a wide range of fitness classes, all taught by our fantastic team of expert instructors. 

Fitness First Tottenham Court Road is situated in the heart of London’s West End and is open from 6:30am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm on Saturdays and 10am to 6pm on Sundays.

Whether you’re looking for an early morning strength training session on our resistance machines, a quick dip in our swimming pool on your lunch break or an intense evening spin class, it’s easier than ever to squeeze in a workout around your schedule. 

There are a number of ways to reach us at our Tottenham Court Road gym, as we’re located close to the Goodge Street, Warren Street and Euston Square underground stations. Plus, if you’re visiting from further afield, we’re just a short walk from Euston and King’s Cross rail stations.

Facilities at Fitness First Tottenham Court Road

We understand the importance of quality gym gear, which is why at our Tottenham Court Road gym, we provide all our members with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment to help you smash your personal bests.

Unlike your average gym, Fitness First Tottenham Court Road is fully equipped with a dedicated indoor athletics area. Members can make use of specialist equipment such as battle ropes and sleds for a full-body workout. 

Our team of professional personal trainers are always close by to give you some expert advice or to help you tighten up your form on the gym floor. But it doesn’t stop there, as we also offer our members swimming lessons in our on-site swimming pool, so you can master every stroke.

Recovery is just as important as your training, which is why our sauna is the perfect way to detox after a big gym session. Plus, you can even visit our very own physiotherapist, keeping your body in tip-top condition so you’re always ready to give it your all.
