Welcome to Fitness First London Thomas More Square (Wapping)
Located next to scenic St Katherine’s Docks, and just a seven-minute walk from Tower Hill tube station, our Thomas More Square gym offers members fantastic fitness facilities including a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna, freestyle floor, swimming pool, hair salon, beauty rooms, members’ lounge as well as free Wi-Fi.
A busy schedule of group exercise classes is also available daily, and includes aqua fit, Zumba, yoga, spin, boxing, pilates, Swiss ball, boot camp and Body Pump, to highlight just a few. For those who need help defining their health and fitness goals, personal training sessions are available too.
