At Fitness First The Strand, members have access to a huge range of facilities including a cardio theatre, spin studio, freestyle floor, sauna and members’ lounge.

If its exercise classes you’re most interested however, Fitness First The Strand offers a varied selection of free fitness, which include spin, yoga, pilates, Body Balance, Body Pump and HIIT. And for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and health targets, personal training sessions are available too.
