Situated only a two-minute walk from town’s train station, our Romford gym also offers members free off-road parking. Members at Fitness First Romford can enjoy access to a huge range of fantastic facilities including a cardio theatre, freestyle area, spin studio, members’ lounge, sauna, aromatherapy treatments and beauty rooms. For those wanting extra help defining their fitness routines and reaching their health targets, personal training sessions are also available.

If it’s group exercise sessions and fitness classes that you’re mainly interested however, our gym in Romford can cater to all your needs. Taking place on a weekly basis, members can enjoy classes such as boxing, spin, HIIT training, Zumba, kettlebells, circuits and yoga.
