Welcome to Fitness First London Oxford Circus

Our Oxford Circus gym, situated in the heart of London’s West End, offers members a fantastic space in which they can work out, but also relax and socialise in too. Located just a five-minute walk from Oxford Circus Underground station or a ten-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus Underground station, Fitness First Oxford Circus has a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna, gym floor, plus a members’ lounge. Fresh towels are also available on arrival.

If it’s group exercise classes that you’re interested in, a weekly timetable of classes includes SHRED, Body Attack, yoga, spin, circuit, Body Pump, and HIIT, to highlight just a few. Personal training sessions are also available, for those who need help defining their health and fitness goals. Annual multi-gym or single gym memberships, off peak memberships, pay as you go memberships and also one-off day passes are available at Fitness First Oxford Circus. Flexible and great value, there’s a membership to cater for everyone.

And with Olympic lifting and Crossfit being her passion, if you ever need any advice on how to lift something heavy above your head – she's the one!

Shan has a passion for all bodyweight workout, 3rd place winner of the BNBF competition in July 2017, Shannette says she is out to inspire everyone and prove to the world that there is no such thing as impossible.

As an athlete, hoping to compete at Tokyo 2020, his training methods are more sport specific & he tries to implement them in classes that are held here. By taking his 100m & 200m events seriously his training schedules are very regimented which reflects on the classes he teaches.
