At Fitness First Oxford Circus, we have one priority when it comes to our gym, making sure our members have the best experience. With access to top-of-the-range equipment, dedicated personal trainers and a number of classes to put your endurance to the test, our Oxford Circus gym caters to all your fitness needs.

Perfectly placed in the heart of Soho, Fitness First Oxford Circus is conveniently located just off Oxford Street. Our gym is open from 6:30am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays.

This makes it easier to pop in for some early morning weight training, a lunchtime session with one of our personal trainers or an evening group workout class.

With plenty of local bus stops and the Oxford Circus Underground station just a stone’s throw away, it’s easily accessible from any direction.

Facilities at Fitness First Oxford Circus

Fitness First Oxford Circus is more than your average gym, which is why we provide our members with only the best facilities. As well as our resistance and free weight areas, we also have a fully equipped spin studio available for classes.

There’s plenty of tech on offer for you to get your hands on too, such as our innovative iPoint stations. These interactive touch screens have it all: you can view our personal trainers’ profiles to find the right one for you, book yourself into one of our classes or even watch instructional workout videos to help you perfect your form.

Recovery is just as important as your workout, which is why at Fitness First Oxford Circus we’ve got everything you need to wind down after a big gym session. You can treat yourself to a full body detox in our fantastic spa facilities, helping to loosen up your muscles and treat any aches or pains. We even have a members’ lounge area where you can enjoy a quiet coffee, a post-workout snack or simply put your feet up and relax.
