Welcome to Fitness First London High Holborn

Our High Holborn gym, situated in the heart of central London, offers members a fantastic space in which they can work out, but also relax and socialise in too. Located just a two-minute walk from Holborn Underground station or a ten-minute walk from Chancery Lane Underground station, Fitness First High Holborn has a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna, and gym floor. Members are also given fresh towels upon arrival.

If it’s group exercise classes that you’re interested in, High Holborn’s weekly timetable of classes includes SHRED, Body Pump, yoga, spin, boot camp, Body Attack, and freestyle, to highlight just a few. Personal training sessions are also available, for those who need help defining their health and fitness goals.

Annual multi-gym or single gym memberships, off peak memberships, pay as you go memberships and also one-off day passes are available at Fitness First High Holborn. Flexible and great value, there’s a membership to cater for everyone.

As Health and Fitness manager his goal is to inspire and support people to train. If he's not out on the gym floor you'll find him teaching Glow or training. Or having coffee of course.

Hold your chin up, keep your shoulders back and smile for no darn reason” Michael has been with Fitness First since 2013, starting in membership and has progressed to management. Michael is a qualified Basketball coach and you can always find him on the gym floor if you want to bring a friend in to train!

Stef is our Member Service Manager. Having been with Fitness First for four years, she knows how to help with any membership query. Stef and her Front of House team love making our members feel welcome and at home in the club. She enjoys training and is often teaching classes and putting members through their paces!

Noelia is our receptionist with the biggest smile. She loves helping and supporting our members and making them feel welcome. She loves fitness and is currently training for a competition. She enjoys always learning about nutrition, living a healthy lifestyle and chatting about anything!

Greg is one of our most experience members of the fitness team with almost 10 years in the fitness industry. Specialised in rehabilitation and sports conditioning, he is passionate about boxing and always happy to help. Greg loves sharing his knowledge with our members so feel free to catch him on the gym floor and pick his brain on anything fitness!

Danny's an FA qualified Football Coach and regularly plays in his spare time. Not a day goes past without making jokes or eating chicken…… A LOT of Chicken! If you need anything in club be sure to give him a shout!

Katie is a bundle of energy and you will recognise her because she is always dancing or singing around the club. Mad about teaching Shred and delivering the best classes for our members, she is funny, tough and yet motivating. Look out for her if you need inspiration!

Levori is our receptionist with the biggest heart! He loves happily greeting our members for their daily workout and motivating them to keep coming back. Levori enjoys training and is currently completing his Fitness level 2. His goal is to become a personal trainer!

As a former competitive Gymnast, Level 6 Cheerleading Coach and Yoga Teacher Rachel is definitely known as ‘the bendy one’ of the team. Loving all things food and nutrition her Instagram is definitely one to watch. She might not be the loudest in the bunch, but if you want someone calm and down to earth to talk to, then pull Rachel aside.

Lilly's fitness journey begun in 2010 when her health pushed her to look for a better lifestyle. As she was reaching her goals, she fell in love with the fitness industry and decided to qualify as a Personal Trainer and pursue a career with Fitness First. Jay has been with Fitness first for two years now, working at High Holborn as part-time Fitness Consultant while studying for his BSc in Strength and Conditioning. If you're training and need that extra push or some fresh new tips speak to Jay for some motivation!

James is our resident strongman and has been with us as Fitness Consultant since March 2017. With a keen interest in Powerlifting, if he's not pushing members through Freestyle Group Training classes, you'll find him down in the weight room with some heavy weights.
