Are you in the mood for some good old fashioned strength training? Our fully stocked free weights area is filled to the brim to ensure you’ll always have the right weight available. If you have specific muscle groups that you’re looking to build, our resistance machines are perfect for a targeted workout.

Looking for a new exercise to challenge you? Or maybe you just need a few helpful hints? Don’t hesitate to speak to our PTs who are always looking to lend their expertise. If you need more information, head over to our iPoint station where you can watch instructional videos, search for tailored workout plans and view our personal trainer profiles.

When you’ve finished working up a sweat, head straight over to our amazing cool down showers which will leave yourself feeling refreshed. We also provide free towel hire to our members and even have our own on-site beauty room, so you can enjoy a well-deserved pampering.

Welcome to Fitness First Clapham Junction

Don’t let anything stand in the way of you and your fitness goals — especially sub-par gyms. At DW Fitness First, we put the needs of our members first by providing state-of-the-art facilities, a team of friendly and professional personal trainers and an incredible range of group exercise classes to give you all the tools you need to succeed. 

Our Clapham Junction Station gym is conveniently located on St John’s Hill, just outside of Clapham town centre. We’re open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm over the weekend.

This gives our members the freedom to work out whenever it’s best for them. Want to start off your day with a big cardio session? No problem. How about squeezing in some exercise over your lunch? Sure. Maybe an evening of strength training after work? Why not? At DW Fitness First, you’re in charge of your workouts.

Our gym is really easy to reach as we’re located just off the A3. If you’re travelling by public transport, we’re part of Clapham Junction underground station and there are a number of bus stops that can be found nearby on St John's Hill and St John’s Road.
