Our Carnaby Street gym is located in the heart of London’s Soho area and offers members a fantastic space in which they can both work out and relax. Situated only a five-minute walk from both Oxford Circus tube station and Piccadilly Circus tube station, Fitness First Carnaby Street gives members access to cutting edge fitness facilities including a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna and gym floor. Clean towels are also available on arrival.

If you’re interested in group exercise classes, Fitness First Carnaby Street has a vast weekly timetable of classes available, which includes spin, SHRED, Pilates, yoga, Body Combat, Insanity and martial arts, to highlight just a few. For those who need help defining their health and fitness goals, personal training sessions are also available.
