At DW Fitness First, we’re here to help make your fitness journey as enjoyable as possible. That’s why our Camden gym is filled to the brim with top-of-the-line equipment and a whole host of fun and exciting classes to take part in; so you’ll always be looking forward to your next workout.

Fitness First Camden is conveniently located in the heart of Camden Town and is open from 6:30am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 8pm over the weekend.

So, if you prefer an early morning workout in the weights area, a personal training session over lunch or even an after-work group fitness class, it’s never been easier to squeeze in your fitness around your lifestyle.

We’re ideally located for travel via public transport, as we’re just a short walk from both the Camden Road rail station and the Mornington Crescent underground station. Or if you’re travelling by bus, there are bus stops on Delancey Street, Camden High Street and Parkway.

Facilities at Fitness First Camden

We want nothing to stand in the way of your fitness goals, which is why our Camden gym is fully stocked with only the best equipment. As well as an extensive free weights room, our resistance training area includes state-of-the-art Technogym machines.

If you’re new to the gym and need a little guidance, or you simply want to make sure your form is right, our team of professional trainers are always close by to offer some helpful advice and training tips.

Your recovery is just as important as your training, which is why our relaxation area is perfect for unwinding after a big gym session. Treat yourself to a full detox by heading over to our sauna, helping to ease your tired muscles after a workout. We even have our own on-site physiotherapist and aromatherapist, so you can always keep your body in the best condition for your next workout.

All our members can make use of the free Wi-Fi available throughout our Camden gym. Plus, our iPoint allows you to easily view our PT profiles, look up helpful fitness tips and view exercise tutorials.

Gadi is a motivated individual, determined to help members achieve their fitness goals. At a young age Gadi trained in Karate and by 18 he enlisted in the Israeli Paratroopers 2011-2014 ranking staff Sargent. Shortly after he worked for specialised boot camps for 17 year old Israelis, preparing them for their army try outs 'If there’s one thing I've learnt from my service it's that it's all in your head. Mind over matter!’
