Facilities at Fitness First London Bridge
At our London Bridge gym, we’ve invested in the best Technogym equipment for our members, so whether you prefer resistance machines or old-school free weights, you’ll know you’re in good hands.
You are our number one priority at DW Fitness First, which is why our expert team of personal trainers are always close at hand. If you’re a gym newbie or simply want some workout tips, our PTs are always happy to help.
Once you’ve worked up a sweat and are all out of steam, make use of our brilliant cool down air showers to help you beat the heat. We also provide all our members with free towel hire, so you’ll have less kit to cram into your gym bag.
We know how important it is to stay connected, even when you’re at the gym, so we’ve invested in some fantastic tech at Fitness First London Bridge. As well as free WiFi for all our members, we have an iPoint station and an iPad bar, so you can view PT profiles, look up workout plans and watch instructional videos.

Welcome to Fitness First London Bridge
At DW Fitness First we want to make sure our members have more at their disposal than an old treadmill and a dusty weights rack. Our London Bridge gym is fully kitted out with state-of-the-art facilities and we offer a range of fantastic group fitness classes to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We’re conveniently situated in the basement level of the London Bridge hotel - right outside The Shard - and are open during weekdays, from 6:30am to 9pm Monday to Friday.
From an early morning workout on the weights bench, a heart-pumping Spin class on your lunch break or a late night PT session, DW London Bridge gives you the choice to plan your fitness routine around your schedule.
Our gym is ideally located and easily accessible via public transport. Both the London Bridge rail station and underground lie just outside our doors, plus, there are a number of bus stops just over the road at the London Bridge bus station.

CLASSES AT DW FITNESS FIRST BRIDGE
Everyone exercises differently, which is why we’ve created an extensive list of group workout classes for our members at Fitness First London Bridge. From intense, sweat-inducing cardio classes like Shred to specialist classes like Afrikan Yoga, we have something to suit every style of fitness. We’ve even created our very own Freestyle Group Training (FGT) classes that cover a range of disciplines, from FGT HIIT for calorie burning to FGT Core muscle sculpting. Each class is designed to help you hit a specific fitness goal and is taught by one of our expert instructors.
