Fitness First Balham offers an extensive range of facilities. Daily group exercise classes are available and include aerobics, boxing, spin, yoga, circuit training, Zumba, pilates, core and HIIT sessions. Other facilities on offer at our Balham gym include a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna and a freestyle floor. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and health targets.
