Our DW Fitness gym in Liverpool is located on Triumph Way, right in the centre of the Hunts Cross district. With easy access from the A562 and A561 on the way to Liverpool John Lennon Airport, it’s easy to get to, whichever direction you’re coming from. Plus, there’s free parking for all members and guests.

Across the street, you’ll find Boots and an Asda superstore, as well as a range of dining options that are perfect for refuelling after a challenging workout class.

Being a former British athlete, I have been coached by some of the best trainers in the country and picked up valuable information and tips about fitness, training and recovery. After finishing my masters in Sports Science Bio mechanics I wanted to stay in the health and fitness industry, therefore combined my education and past training experiences to become a personal trainer. Training does not solely have to be orientated in the gym, as a Level 2 swimming teacher I also provide one to one swimming lessons. Whether your goals are weight loss, weight gain, improved fitness, strength & conditioning or sport specific training my attributes will guarantee that your targets are achieved. Train with me and I will provide a fun and professional service that will be the stepping stones to you achieve success in your targeted goals.
