Welcome to your local DW Fitness gym. Our Kidderminster gym is located inside the Weaver’s Wharf Retail Park, with parking available for members and guests (free before 9am and after 5pm) and easy access from Black Horse Lane and the A456.
With Starbucks and Caffé Nero less than two minutes away, our Kidderminster gym is perfectly located for you to pop in for a workout after your morning coffee. Our large range of cardio equipment means you can work out as soon as you arrive without worrying about long waits.
Like to lift heavy? Whether you’re a serious athlete or just want to get into shape, you’ll love our dedicated free weights area. With dumbbells, barbells and weight plates in a variety of sizes, we offer everything you need to develop your muscular strength, size and definition. Need to target a specific muscle group? Our great selection of resistance machines and loaded weights lets you work out with a lower risk of injury. We also have a functional training area with modern, high-quality equipment to help you develop functional strength and mobility.
Our Kidderminster gym has its own spin and group exercise studios, letting you join a variety of motivating and exciting group exercise classes. From Zumba to circuit training, our group exercise schedule includes options for people of all backgrounds and fitness levels. Finished your workout? As a DW Fitness member, you can use all our luxurious facilities such as our steam room, sunbeds and spa pool.

I am an experienced personal trainer and have been through my own weight loss journey so can use personal experience to help you achieve your weight loss goals. I specialise in strength and conditioning, weight loss, gym based boxing, circuit and HIIT Training and TRX training.
I offer a unique training experience that will enable you to achieve your goals and reach your full potential. I specialise in 40+ women 12 week transformations, body weight movements (calisthenics), flexibility, plant based nutrition and mindset coaching.
As a personal trainer I will help to motivate you, push you through your limits and make training fun to help you achieve your goals. Excuses don’t get results!
I love outdoor endurance sports and truly believe everyone should be able to enjoy exercise. My aim is to make every workout hard but attainable thus reaching your goals as quickly and with as much fun as possible.
