Facilities at DW Fitness Ipswich
Our Ipswich gym has been designed to make sure you have everything you need to hit your targets - from shedding those last few stubborn pounds to building and strengthening your muscles. Whatever you’re working towards, we can help you get there.
Our cardio area is equipped with top-of-the-range Technogym equipment, as well as our resistance machines, so you know you’re only using quality gym gear. We also have a function area filled with specialist equipment like plyo boxes, ViPR tubes and TRX trainers. This is perfect for mixing up your old workouts with equipment that you won’t find at other gyms.
If you feel more at home in the water than the gym, head over to our on-site swimming pool for a few lengths. You can even sign up for swimming lessons with one of our fantastic personal trainers, so you can perfect your form and get the most out of every stroke.
We also have a dedicated spin studio, which is the perfect space for getting in the zone while you’re pushing yourself to the limit. When you’ve finished working up a sweat, you can even treat yourself to an indulgent detox in the steam room to help unwind.

DW Fitness Ipswich is more than your average gym. With a team of professional and friendly staff, a range of group exercise classes to take part in and facilities that are second to none, we give our members everything they need to smash every personal best.
You can find us in the heart of Ipswich, on the banks of the River Orwell, and we’re open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 8pm over the weekend.
So whether you’re an early bird who likes to keep fit at the crack of dawn, prefer to squeeze in a workout on your lunch break or you’re a night owl who’s only ever in the gym after dark, you can fit your training around your schedule at DW Fitness Ipswich.
We’re easy to reach by car, as we’re located just off the B1075 near the center of Ipswich, and all our members can make use of our free parking. If you’re travelling by public transport, there are a number of bus stops on Ranelagh Road and we’re just a stone’s throw from Ipswich train station.
