Facilities at DW Fitness Hull
Are you looking to build up your strength? Improve your speed? Shed a few unwanted pounds? At DW Fitness Hull, any fitness goal is possible. We provide our members with top-of-the-line gym equipment and a team of friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you on the next step of your fitness journey.
Our Hull gym features state-of-the-art TechnoGym cardio and resistance machines, as well as a fully stocked free weights area. Plus, our function area is filled with specialist equipment that you won’t find at any old gym, such as ViPR tubes, TRX trainers and plyo boxes.
Your training isn’t limited to the gym floor either, as you can head over to our dedicated spin studio for a serious cardio blast. Our Hull gym also has its own swimming pool, so it’s ideal for those who like to squeeze in a few lengths in the morning before work. If you feel like you could use some advice with your workout plans, our team of expert personal trainers are always ready to help - whether it’s a full PT session of just a few pointers on tightening your technique.
After you’ve worked up a sweat in the gym and have earned a good rest, soak your muscles in the spa pool or enjoy an indulgent detox in the steam room. We even have our own on-site DW Sports store, so you can update your tired old kit with some of the best brands in sport.

Welcome to DW Fitness Hull
When you’re working towards your fitness goals, you need a gym that can keep up. At DW Fitness First, we provide all our members with the best available facilities and a tailored timetable of group exercise classes to suit every workout style.
You can find our Hull gym on The Mount Retail Park, and we’re open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 8pm over the weekend.
That means early birds can head down for a workout first thing in the morning and night owls can train in the evening. Here at DW Fitness First, we can accommodate your fitness schedule whenever you like to squeeze in your workouts.
You’ll have no trouble finding us, as we’re easy to reach via the A165 and all our members can park for free on-site. If you’re travelling by public transport, there are a number of bus stops just outside our doors, or the Hull Paragon Interchange is a 30-minute walk away.

CLASSES AT DW FITNESS FIRST HULL
Group exercise classes are a fantastic way to mix up your workouts and have fun while you’re keeping fit. Don’t worry if you’re new to classes, as everyone is welcome to take part and our experienced instructors will guide you through every movement. We have a great range of classes for you to choose from, so there’s always a class to suit every fitness level.
