Our Exeter gym, located in the heart of the Devonshire city, offers everything you need in order to achieve your health and fitness goals. Just a ten-minute walk from Exeter St Thomas train station or a fifteen-minute walk from Exeter Central train station, Fitness First Exeter is a great place to work out, but also unwind from a busy day too.

Along with state-of-the-art gym equipment, our Exeter gym has a wide range of facilities including a freestyle floor, spin studio, cardio theatre, gym floor, an in-gym beauty salon, plus free off-road parking.

A busy timetable of group exercise classes is also available, and includes classes such as SHRED, spin, boot camp, boxing, circuits, Swiss ball, dance, Body Balance, and yoga, to mention just a few. For those wanting help defining their health goals, personal training sessions are available. Don’t be shy – be sure to speak to us about your fitness targets.

Annual multi-gym or single gym memberships, off peak memberships, pay as you go memberships plus one-off day passes are all available at Fitness First Exeter. Flexible and great value, we’ll have a membership to suit your needs.
