Our DW Cardiff Express North gym is a great alternative for anyone in the city for whom our other Cardiff location is inconvenient inside the Parc Ty Glas Retail Park in Llanishen.

Located in the Parc Ty Glas Retail Park in Llanishen, our DW Cardiff North gym is ideally situated if you live or work in the north of the city — especially if you find it difficult to get to our other Cardiff gym in Capital Retail Park.

If you’re coming by car, there’s easy access to our car park from the A469 and Ty-Glas Rd. Parking is free for members, too. You can also reach us on the 28 bus via the nearby Government Buildings stop.

Facilities at DW Fitness Cardiff Express

Our Cardiff Express gym has all the equipment and facilities you need for a great workout, from cardio equipment to a dedicated free weights area, functional training zone and more. In our cardio area you’ll find treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and more. Our equipment uses the latest technology and is designed to make monitoring your distance travelled, calories burned and other important workout data easy.

We’ve equipped our free weights area with a wide range of dumbbells, barbells, plates and benches to help you enjoy a complete workout. You can also target specific muscle groups using our large selection of loaded weights and cable resistance machines. Want to improve your functional strength and mobility? Our Cardiff Express gym has a full functional training area for developing your functional strength.

With male and female changing and showering areas plus secure lockers for your belongings, DW Fitness Cardiff Express is a great place for you to work out. We even have free WiFi, helping you stay connected during your workout.
