From losing weight to building muscle, at DW Fitness First, our goal is to help you hit yours. With a team of friendly and dedicated experts and the best equipment available, our Canterbury gym is your next step to fitness success.
Conveniently located on Maybrook Retail Park, our gym is open 7 days a week, from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 10pm over the weekend.
So, if you’re looking for an early morning run in our cardio area, a few lengths in our swimming pool over lunch or a late night session on the weights bench, you can fit every workout around your life.
We’re easy to reach via the A28 and all our members benefit from free parking on-site. Or if you’re travelling by public transport, we’re slap bang in the middle of the Sturry and Canterbury West rail stations, plus, there are a number of bus stops right outside our doors at Maybrook Retail Park.

Experience with a diverse clientele has led me to develop a greater understanding of individual needs. This alongside my knowledge as a soft tissue therapist has allowed me to support clients successfully.
Our fitness is important and something we should enjoy. My aim is to create a positive and fun experience for clients, sharing my knowledge as a PT in bodybuilding and high-intensity training to help my clients achieve their goals.
I am an approachable and motivated PT, with a passion for empowering my clients with education, support and the tools they need to meet their goals. I believe in promoting a sustainable approach to fitness for long term results.
A gymnast from a young age, I specialise in calisthenics based training which uses gymnastics based methods to achieve full body fitness. I have been a trainer in Canterbury for over 9 years. My training is progressive, dynamic and fun.
I’ve been a personal trainer for a year now. I am a semi-professional footballer, football coach and have great knowledge in weight loss, muscle gain and getting people fit. I am young, motivated PT who wants the best for clients to achieve their goals.
From going through health problems in young age to being a competitive bodybuilder has taught me unbelievable facts and theories about our bodies. That knowledge gave me the opportunity to help many people achieve their goals.
